  • If you cannot locate a device, it is probably not yet uploaded to our database.  Send us the device you need and we will get it uploaded ASAP.  Someone will get back to you within 24 hours.
     
• The site seems to be broken.
  • You may have located a bug.  Please send us a step-by-step explaination of where you ran into trouble.  We will get it fixed ASAP.  This type of feedback is very helpful to us.
     
• You have an idea for a new feature.
  • We are always looking for customer feedback and new ideas.  Please send your thoughts.
